I really enjoy beef salpicao. It’s one of my favourite dishes since it’s cooked with a lot of garlic. I usually order it when I see it on a menu, so when I first ate at Cerveseria that’s what I picked.
The tenderloin they used was good, cooked just right to keep the softness of the meat. The salpicao had nice big cloves of garlic in it and was seasoned just right.
I’m glad this opened so that I’ll have a yummy salpicao option really near the apartment.
The decor is well put together, with the old hardbound books and candlewax dripped chandeliers. Another thing I appreciated was that the drinking water had some lime in it. Nice and refreshing!
